Dr. Kramer graduated
from the University Minnesota Medical School, and
completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
His training focused on Sports Medicine and Musculoskeletal
Pain medicine. He founded the Sports Medicine Program,
the Low Back Clinic, and the Acupuncture Clinic
at Park Nicollet Clinic in St. Louis Park, Minnesota,
one of the largest multi-specialty clinics in the
United States. He was honored with “Top Doctors”
awards in Minneapolis/St.
Paul Magazine and Guide
to Top Doctors in the United States. He is an Adjunct
Associate Professor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
at the University of Minnesota Medical School and
has lectured and taught Prolotherapy techniques
at the University of Minnesota Medical School,
U of M Sports Medicine, Twin Cities Marathon and
other conferences. He has over 23 years of experience
in sports and musculoskeletal pain medicine and
over 16 years of Prolotherapy experience.
Dr. Kramer currently practices Orthopedic Medicine
(non-surgical Orthopedics) and Musculoskeletal
Pain Medicine. He is board certified in Physical
Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain medicine, and
Medical Acupuncture. He uses Prolotherapy and Natural
Pain Medicine techniques to successfully treat
pain problems in a holistic way. Dr. Kramer incorporates
his Christian faith in his practice and offers
to pray with patients if they would like for healing
as he believes in the power of prayer and that
spirituality and faith are integral parts of healing.
Dr. Kramer is a member of the Christian Medical
and Dental Association. He has done volunteer medical
mission work in Haiti and Belize.
